FIELDS OF APPLICATION

VORMIOL® BIO3 is an ecological-friendly form release emulsion for wooden boards and moulds but is also suitable for all other absorbent formwork.

VORMIOL® BIO3 adheres very well to the formwork and is therefore suitable for vertical applications.

VORMIOL® BIO allows an easy stripping of and enables the production of high quality concrete surfaces with reduces blowholes, pores and spots.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

VORMIOL® BIO3 generates an excellent separating effect. The reduced adhesion between concrete and formwork minimises both damages on the produced concrete and on the formworks and makes a contribution to an extended usage period thereby.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Depending on the surface structure and its absorbing abilities the necessary amount might vary between 20 – 50 g/m² and has to be determined for each single application.
